My landlord had gutters full of leaves and green buildup on the glass awning above my suite.

Twice as Nice came in and cleaned it all up. Really happy with the result, i can see the sun again through the glass.... and the gutters flow as they should. Landlord said the price was right. I'd recommend Twice as Nice to anyone.

I have been using "Twice as Nice" for window cleaning at our two commercial properties in Langley since 2005.

Tom started out as a little guy and has grown his team over the years while maintaining a hands-on approach with outstanding customer service. He is on time, honest, professional, cleans up after his work is complete, and does excellent work. I would absolutely recommend him for any window cleaning or pressure washing jobs you might have. Tom and his partner did a great job, they completed window washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas lights, light bulb installation all in a timely manner.

They were on time, willing to do an little extra, did not insist on doing work that did not need to be done. And most of all they had a good sense of humor and were polite.

I called 3 exterior house cleaning companies, 2 got back to me. One of them was Twice as Nice Exterior Home Cleaning. The owners name is Tom, he called me directly and gave me a quote. When he and his staff arrived, they immediately got busy and did not use a pressure washer on our house. This made my husband extremely happy as pressure washing the siding can cause problems.

When we arrived home we found our house cleaner than we had ever seen it, we have had it washed before but this time ALL of the siding is exactly the same color and it even feels good to the touch. They were all very professional and efficient, moved yard ornaments out of the way and everything was tidy when we got home. Tom will definitely be our guy for exterior cleaning and we would recommend him to everyone.
