The consumer choice award is the most respected company that does customer feedback gathering and publishes them for all to see. We will be receiving our award on January 22, 2020 at the Fairmont hotel Vancouver at a celebration awards night.
It is an honor for us to be recognized by customers as the most trusted and reliable company in our category. Consumer choice gathers information from many customers of businesses like ours and asks them about their experience and recommendations. They put all their findings together and make a decision about who's the best by weighing all the feedback from these customers. Consumer choice is the top rated company doing these kind of surveys (ipsos reid etc.) and they don't take this responsibility lightly.
They don't do phone surveys they actually e-mail and talk in depth to the people answering their questions. Based on their responses they tally all the important markers and publish their winners.
